A RightNow Media account can only be applied to a single institution. We know it is common for Christian schools to be affiliated with a church, but a church subscription does not include a license for use within the school or vice versa, thus one subscription cannot be shared between the two entities (church and school). Even if your school is a direct ministry of a particular church, the school and church do each need their own subscriptions as a site license to use our services in each setting. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses offered by RightNow Media are exclusively available to subscribing schools and are not available to churches. Individual account information and personal access to RightNow Media through a church is not to be used within a school context or distributed throughout any affiliated organizations. If you or an organization affiliated with your school has a subscription to RightNow Media, that subscription can only be used personally or in conjunction with the subscribing organization.

RightNow Media content is licensed for use within the subscribing organization. This means that RightNow Media content can be shown in person but not recorded and distributed (e.g., a school assembly livestream showing an entire RightNow Media session should not be made public). All payments are non-refundable. If your school ever decides to stop using RightNow Media, we require a 30-day notice which can be submitted by calling us at 972-560-4000.
Learn more about tax exemption with a RightNow Media account here. Please submit your tax exemption paperwork within five days of signing up for RightNow Media. Once submitted, it takes one to two business days for tax-exempt status to go into effect. Note: RightNow Media is unable to refund taxes charged to a customer.
